The Montgomery County Planning and Zoning Commission shall hold a Public Hearing to hear a request for Randall Matlock , to operate a public motor sports recreational facility, located in an commercial zoning district of Montgomery County. The property affected is owned by Kinnaird Properties L.L.C.  Said Hearing shall be held in the Commissioners Room at the Montgomery County Courthouse at 211 E.
