The Hermann Area District Hospital Health Fair held on Saturday March 24th 2012 was a great success! It started at 7:30 a.m. and ended at 11:30 a.m. The Health Fair has been an annual event for three years now. It is a free event set up to help people in bettering their health and learning more about what the hospital offers. They had 35 people attend the event this year, and hope to have an even higher attendance next year!
The staff at Hermann Area District Hospital and the Hermann Fitness Source is dedicated to helping our community improve their health and wellness.

A long list of innovative approaches in caring for patients and "thinking outside the box"has landed Mercy on Becker’s Hospital Review of “61 Integrated Health Systems to Know.”
Eligible blood donors can give whole blood once every 56 days. Now, the American Red Cross, the Hermann Area District Hospital, and St. George Parish are making that easier to remember by hosting blood drives in the Hermann area every 56 days.
The Montgomery County Health Department told CountyNewsLIVE that there have been positive tests for Influenza A and Influenza B in Montgomery County. If you have not yet had a flu vaccine, contact the Montgomery County Health Department at (573) 564-2495.
