Montgomery County Planning and Zoning to hear request for re-opening the "dirt track" at I-70 and Mo. 19

The Montgomery County Planning and Zoning Commission shall hold a Public Hearing to hear a request for Randall Matlock , to operate a public motor sports recreational facility, located in an commercial zoning district of Montgomery County. The property affected is owned by Kinnaird Properties L.L.C.  Said Hearing shall be held in the Commissioners Room at the Montgomery County Courthouse at 211 E. Third St., Montgomery City, Missouri, on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at 7:01 p.m. This property which is the subject of the Public Hearing is located at 46 S. Hwy 19, New Florence, Missouri and more particularly described as follows:

Parcel 1: A tract of land being part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 48 North, Range 5 West, Montgomery County ,Missouri and being described as follows: Commencing at an old concrete post at the Southeast Corner of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, thence along the East line of the West half of the Southwest Quarter, North 02 degrees 00’ East 1016.21 feet to an old iron pipe: thence North 59 degrees 52’ West 1512.11 feet to an old iron pipe; thence South 48 degrees 44’ West 41.41 feet to an iron rod at the place of beginning of the said tract of land; thence along the West line of the County Road, South 06 degrees 48’West 190.20 feet to an old iron pipe; thence South 60 degrees 06’ West 231.27 feet to a right of way marker; thence North 29 degrees 58’ West 152.50 feet to an iron rod; thence leaving the said East line of Missouri State Highway “19”, North 60 degrees 06’ East 345.12 feet to the place of beginning.

Parcel 2: A tract of land being part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27 and part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, all in Township 48 North, Range 5 West, Montgomery County, Missouri and being described as follows:  Commencing at an old concrete post at the Southeast Corner of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26; thence along the East line of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter, North 02 degrees 00’ East 273.41 feet to an old iron rod at the place of beginning of the said tract of land; thence North 87 degrees 40’ West 881.82 feet to an old iron rod; thence along the East line of Missouri State Highway “19”, North 29 degrees 59’West 714.47 feet to a right of way marker thence North 29 degrees 58’ West 428.81 feet to a right of way marker; thence North 59 degrees 45’ East 179.87 feet; thence North 02 degrees 33’ East 195.65 feet; thence South 60 degrees 06’ West 5.00 feet; thence along the East line of the County Road North 03 degrees 23’ East 192.12 feet to an old iron pipe; thence along the South line of a tract of land described in Book 333 at page 565 of the Montgomery County Records, South 59 degrees 52’ East 1512.11 feet to an old iron pipe; thence along the East line of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter, South 02 degrees 00’ West 742.80 feet to the place of beginning.

Grantors grant unto grantees their heirs and assigns a strip of land 30 feet wide for road and utility easement being part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 48 North, Range 5 West, Montgomery County Missouri and being described as follows: Commencing at an old concrete post at the Southeast Corner of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter; thence along the East line of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter, North 02 degrees 21’ West 273.41 feet; thence South 87 degrees 58’ West 863.91 feet to the place of beginning of the centerline of the said 30 foot wide strip of land; thence along the said centerline, North 34 degrees 20’West 828.78 feet; thence North 17 degrees 29’ West 72.91 feet; thence North 01 degrees 15’ West 292.22 feet to a point on the east line of Missouri State Highway “19” and the end of the said centerline of the 30 foot wide road and utility easement.
