Peoples Savings Bank scores with donation of modern scoreboard for Rhineland Ball Field

FROM LEFT:  Ron Kraettli, VP and CIO (Chief Information Officer) of Peoples Savings Bank (PSB); Larry Hagedorn chairman of the Rhineland Ball Field Committee ("a committee of one"); Mark Laune, CEO, President, and Director of PSB; and Anita VanBooven, Ass't. VP/Rhineland Branch Manager beneath the brand-new high-tech scoreboard donated by the bank to the Rhineland Ball Field.

The scoreboard electronic numbers are large, bright and very visible, even in full sunlight.  The modern controls are wireless, so the scoreboard can be run from the brand new (days old) press box (interior view below), or even from the stands or a law chair.

PSB and its leaders and major shareholders have been the single largest block of supporters of the Rhineland Ball Park, which is becoming a showplace -- thanks also to the donated work of Hagedorn, Mike Maddux, and Hagedorn's brothers Donny Hagedorn, Jeff Hagedorn and Tim Hagedorn.

The 2012 season at the ballfield begins tomorrow (Sat., May 4) at 9:00 a.m.
