Here are the official, approved minutes of the Montgomery County Commission for 2011. The minutes are drafted by County Clerk Pam Cartee, based on notes she takes during each meeting. Each set of minutes is approved by a majority vote of the three-person Commission.

There is a natural lag-time in posting minutes, as they must be drafted in the week following an actual meeting, then read aloud in the NEXT meeting and approved by a majority of Commissioners.

While these documents are copied and pasted directly from an e-mail sent to MontgomeryAndMe by the Clerk, it should be noted that the most reliable form of official meeting minutes should be obtained from the Clerk's office on the first floor of the Montgomery County Courthouse on 3rd St. in Montgomery City, Mo.
